I had a three zone system that needed to be pumped out of my lake and with the guidance from Scott it is up and running with no complications so far. First off I will express my thanks to Alex and the crew for the great job they did on the sprinkler install. The install was done fast and clean, beyond my expectations. The crew was very friendly and worked well together. Thankyou guys for the job well done and thankyou Alex for the step by step on how to run the system. Now to thank Scott for all the extra effort and hours he had to put in to get this system running. The one thing that stands out about this whole process and the complications we had with the pump system is that Scott constantly told me no matter what I would be taken care of and that is exactlly what happened. Scott, is a man of his words. From the beginning of this process and the many trips he took to Ashland did 100% of what he told me he would do. Thanks again Scott for the constant communication and in my opinion the extra effort you had to do to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. I will refer everyone that puts a sprinkler system in out here to Millard Sprinkler for the fact that I have no dought that they will be very satisfied.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Q:  Getting close to install, what do I need to do to prepare? What do we need to do before your here.</p>
<p>A:  If you require plumbing, our plumber will call you to schedule a time to have the backflow installed prior to installation of your sprinkler system.</p>
<p>Property locates will be called in (by us) 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled installation so that public utility lines can be properly marked.  Please have all gates unlocked and any animals kept inside your home.</p>
<p>Your Millard Sprinkler designer will be out to your home to flag your property approximately 48 hours prior to installation.</p>
<p>Do not move or remove any of the flags that are placed in your yard by the locator or the designer.  If you must mow, please mow around all flags and spray paint markings on the grass.  Your job may need to be rescheduled if flags or lines are changed or removed.  This may result in additional design and locate fees.</p>
<p>If you have anything buried in your yard, such as any electrical or gas lines, drain tile or invisible pet fences, these must be marked EXACTLY, and marked BEFORE we install your system.  If you have any questions about this, please contact your designer.  We cannot be responsible for any of these lines being cut or damaged if not marked exactly.</p>
<p>Water your yard.  If it has not rained for some time, the dirt in your yard will by hard.  The lawn will repair better if you water it a little.</p>
<p>If you have outdoor pets, please remove any waste from your yard prior to our arrival.</p>
<p>Full payment is due upon completion of the installation.  We accept cash or checks only, please have the proper payment ready to give to the foreman when the job is completed.</p>
<p>Following installation, if you have any service or warranty issues, please call our office and ask for the service department.</p>

<p>A &#8211; Depending on the devices condition and your mechanical ability, easy is a conditional term. We sell parts at our retail counter located at our office. If you bring in your bad parts we can find new ones for you. We also have a service department if you need it.</p>

<p>A &#8211; Thanks for your comments, both of them. As the founder &amp; owner of Millard Sprinkler Inc. I am very interested in our customers&#8217; feedback; which is why I put the &#8216;Owner&#8217;s Ear&#8217; contact on our website.</p>
<p>Regarding the specials that we periodically offer, our intention is to promote sales &amp; service with those discounts, and reward those customers who recommend us for new system sales. I must tell you that <span style="text-decoration: underline;">many</span> of our satisfied customers refer us to friends &amp; relatives over &amp; over, and when those people purchase a system, the person referring receives a credit on their account for a no charge turn on or winterization.</p>
